In the past couple of years, you may have heard the term “home automation” referenced in the news and by people relevant to the home improvement industry. If you’re still not sure what that means we’ll explain. Home Automation is simply a home that has appliances, lighting, heating and cooling systems and other electronics around the house that can be controlled remotely via the internet.
